Dear D-Vision (hereinafter referred to as the "App") user, welcome to the App provided by Hunan Zhangjiajie Discoverer Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "us" or "D-Vision"). Our App is designed to assist in the use of our hardware products (hereinafter referred to as the "Product").
This application respects and protects the privacy rights of all users. In order to provide you with more accurate services, this application will use and disclose your relevant information in accordance with the provisions of this privacy policy. Unless otherwise provided in this privacy policy, we will not disclose or provide this information to third parties without your prior consent.

To implement the basic functions of our products, we will collect and use your personal information in accordance with the provisions of the "Cybersecurity Law." If you refuse to provide the corresponding information, you will not be able to use our products normally, but it will not affect you from browsing our client page.

Device and System Information: We will receive and record the hardware and system information of the device you use based on your specific operations during the installation and/or use of the software (including device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifiers, and advertising identifiers (MAC/IMEI/AndroidID/IDFA/IDFV/OPENUDID/Gl device environment, mobile application list, hardware and software feature information), system parameters, device location-related information (including GPS location authorized by you, as well as WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information).
It is important to note that obtaining the above information is a necessary but not sufficient condition for us to collect specific information. Obtaining a specific sensitive permission does not mean that we will necessarily collect your relevant information; even if we have obtained sensitive permissions, we will only collect your relevant information when necessary, in accordance with this privacy policy.

Using Our Product Devices: To connect to our products, you need to turn on your phone's WiFi to connect to the product's corresponding WiFi hotspot. Only by correctly connecting to our product's WiFi or Bluetooth can you use these supporting features, and our App can be used without registration.
Providing Service Information Display: During your use of our services, in order to identify application status, understand product adaptability, and provide you with pages and search results that better meet your needs, we may automatically collect your usage and store it as network log information, including:
Device Information: We will receive and record the device-related information you use based on your specific operations during the installation and/or use of the software (including device model, operating system version, device settings, unique device identifiers, device environment hardware and software feature information), and device location-related information (including GPS location authorized by you, as well as WLAN access points, Bluetooth, and base station sensor information).
Please note that separate device information and service log information cannot identify a specific individual. If we combine this non-personal information with other information to identify a specific individual, or use it in combination with personal information, then during the period of combination use, this non-personal information will be treated as personal information. Except with your authorization or otherwise provided by laws and regulations, we will anonymize and de-identify this information.
In addition, we will also use your information to continuously improve and optimize the above functions.
Obtaining Permissions to Provide Additional Services: To provide you with more convenient and high-quality services and strive to enhance your experience, we may collect, cache, and use your personal information and application permissions in the following additional services we provide. If you do not provide this information or permissions, it will not affect your use of the basic functions of D-Vision, but you may not be able to obtain the user experience that these additional services bring to you. These additional services and required permissions include:
Location Permission: We will obtain the WiFi name of the connected device through positioning after you enable the location permission.
Read and Write Mobile Storage Permissions: After you enable the storage permission, you can use this feature to achieve data caching and sharing.
Additional Services Based on Reading Mobile Status and Identity Information: We will collect your iOS Advertising Identifier (IDFA), MAC address, International Mobile Equipment Identity (IMEI), Anonymous Device Identifier (OAID), and International Mobile Subscriber Identity (IMSI) after you enable the phone permission. According to your device, we will confirm your account security and implement security risk control.
You understand and agree that the above additional services may require you to enable your location information (geographical location), photo album (image library), and external storage access permissions in your device to achieve the collection and use of information involved in these permissions. Please note that enabling any permission means you authorize us to collect and use the relevant personal information to provide you with the corresponding service. Once you close any permission, it means you have canceled the authorization, and we will no longer continue to collect and use the relevant personal information based on the corresponding permission, nor can we provide the service corresponding to that permission. However, your decision to close the permission will not affect the information collection and use carried out based on your authorization before.
Close Permissions: You can close the permissions you need to cancel authorization in "Phone Settings - App Settings - Authorization Management - App Permission Management - D-Vision". For device information and other personal information, you can contact us through customer service or other various contact methods to cancel the authorization.
We do not require users to log in or collect specific personal information from users, so we do not use Cookies.
Sharing: Since we do not collect your personal information, and the app does not send information to us over the network, there is no issue of sharing under any circumstances.
Transfer: We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:
Transfer with explicit consent: After obtaining your explicit consent, we will transfer your personal information to other parties.
Public Disclosure: We will not provide, sell, rent, share, or trade your personal information to any unrelated third party. The information collected by the D-Vision application is only stored on your mobile phone. As long as your phone is secure, there will be no disclosure of your information under any circumstances.
